Our clubhouse is a great place to rent for your upcoming special events. There are two hall rental options and with a quiet wooded setting and a large parking lot, this makes a perfect location for people to gather together.

MAIN HALL
The main hall has a capacity of 175/200 people. Renters have access to a spacious kitchen with a commercial stove and sinks. Counter space is plentiful. You will need to bring your own cooking equipment and utensils as they are not provided. A commercial refrigerator located in the bar area is available for use. The bar area also includes a counter, sinks and an ice machine. Alcohol is NOT provided. Tables are available that include round and 6' or 8' rectangular. Any combination may be used. Chairs are provided. The patio area includes several picnic tables that may be used.

UPPER LEVEL HALL
The upper level hall area has the capacity of 50 people with upper level parking. There is not a kitchen. Tables are available that include 6' or 8' rectangular. Chairs are provided. Picnic tables are located on the deck outside and may be used.

RATES
Working member rental rates for the lower hall are $250 and $50 for the upper hall. (See the rental and fee schedule for damage deposit requirements.) A working member must have earned a minimum of 15 work tickets in the preceding year to qualify for the discounted rate. Non-working member rental rates are $500 for the lower hall and $200 for the upper hall. (See the rental and fee schedule for damage deposit requirements.)

You must earn work tickets the year of joining to be eligible the following year for discounted rental rates.

Our club halls are also open to the public to rent.
